He is survived by: his great-nephew Jamari; his sisters, Diane Kent and Debra Kelly; his cousin Bill Driver (Dee Dee); his caregiver Janea Smith; his siblings' children, Juan Gordon, Corey Criss Sr., Doniel Kelly, Darren Kelly, Keena Robinson (Norris) and Robin Thacker; and his friend Michele McGee.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Tolar-Westgate Funerals & Cremations (616 Washington St, Waukegan, IL 60085). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
