Benjamin Paul Davies

Benjamin Paul Davies

Tooele, UT

Benjamin Paul Davies, 48, of Tooele, Utah, was born on May 10, 1977, in Salt Lake City to Paul and Diane Davies. He passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Ben graduated from Tooele High School with the class of 1995. In 2012, he made a positive change in his life by earning his CDL license and becoming a truck driver. He loved life on the road, the freedom of the open highway, and the many road trips he took across the country.

He had a passion for shoes and sunglasses, often treating himself with every paycheck. Ben cherished quiet time outdoors, especially relaxing on his porch swing while watching quails and hummingbirds. A devoted animal lover, he cared deeply for all creatures, particularly his dogs and chickens. He was also an exceptional pool player who treasured the many games he shared with his Grandpa Joe and his father, Paul.

Above all, Ben was known for his strong work ethic, endless kindness, loud and joyful laugh, and his ability to make others smile. He loved long conversations over coffee and, more than anything, he loved his family. His bond with his mother, Diane, was especially profound; she was his closest friend, confidant, and greatest supporter. He never missed an opportunity to express his deep gratitude for her love and guidance. He was incredibly proud of his siblings and always made sure to greet and say goodbye with one of his big, heartfelt hugs. Ben touched many lives and will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his parents, Paul and Diane Davies; his grandmother, Patricia Gonzales of Tooele; his brothers Nicholas, Daniel, and Anthony; his sisters-in-law Natalie and Tiffany; his nephews Ethan, Damon, Jaxon, and Dawson; his nieces Chloe (Shane) Marsing, Phoebe, and Daphne Davies; and many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
