Benjamin Kingsley

Benjamin Kingsley, age 53, of Metropolis, Illinois, passed away on March 12, 2026.

Benjamin worked as a chief engineer for BH Towing and was a longtime member of Joppa Baptist Church. He was known for his steady presence and dedication to his work and faith.

He is survived by his mother, Pamela Kingsley and her significant other, Bob Worthen; his brother, Vincent Kingsley and wife Susan; his stepdaughter, Evelyn Smith; his niece, Caitlin Kingsley; his nephew, Devon Kingsley; his aunts, Pattye Lockard and Pam Fletcher; his great aunt, Edith Fairfield; and several cousins.

Benjamin was preceded in death by his father, Monte “Mad Dog” Kingsley; his wife, Debra Kingsley; and his aunt, Kathy Barnett.
