He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Edward Ermini. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Searles; and his children, Lisa Ermini and David. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (8213 Linton Hall Rd, Gainesville, VA 20155).
