Ben Earnest Lee Wheeler Jr.

Ben Earnest Lee Wheeler Jr. of Keithville, Louisiana, born in Abilene, Texas, passed away on March 9, 2026 at the age of 49. Known for his vibrant spirit, Ben touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Ben, Dorothy Wheeler, James and JoAnn Ash; his cousin Keith Wheeler; and his niece Anna Wheeler.

Ben is survived by his parents, Ben Wheeler and Virginia Wheeler of Keithville, Louisiana; his uncle Bill Wheeler of Norman, Oklahoma; his aunt Linda Dorman of Bay City, Michigan; his brothers, Charles Wheeler and his wife Samantha of Tampa, James Wheeler and his wife Stephanie of Blanchard, and Matthew Wheeler and his wife Amanda of Benton, Louisiana; his siblings’ children, Bryan Wheeler, Melissa Williams, Brooklyn Puckett, Kaitlin Wheeler, Abag Wheeler and Abbi Sasser; and his great-nephew Jameson Williams.
