Ronceverte, WV
Belinda Faye Walton, 71, of Ronceverte, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, at the Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, West Virginia.
Belinda was a free-spirited, funny, and hardworking woman who embraced every new adventure with her friends and family, whom she loved deeply. Proudly in recovery for 11 years, she built a wide network of friends and community members whom she cared for as her own family. A talented seamstress for many years, she also worked in reception at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center for more than 22 years, where she found genuine joy in helping others. She loved listening to music, took her role as a mother to both humans and animals very seriously, made friends easily, told wonderful stories, and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Neita B. Walton, her father, Leo S. Walton, and her brother, Kenneth D. Walton, all of whom she loved and missed dearly.
Belinda is survived by her daughter, Erica Wallin, and her daughter-in-law, Hannah Wallin, along with the many communities and friends who held her close. Those who knew her will remember the warmth and lightheartedness she brought to every day. In her memory, her family has asked that donations be made to the Greenbrier Humane Society.
