Beatrice Louise Kirchner, known affectionately as Tic, passed away on March 13, 2026, at her home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family. She was 62.
Born on November 1, 1963, in Kennett, Missouri, to Edward and Mary Louise (Eaton) Kirchner, Beatrice lived a life centered on the people and simple joys she cherished. She found great happiness in playing bingo, decorating for Christmas, and spending time with her beloved dog, Eddy. She shared a special bond with her devoted friend June Lynch and spent many years as a school bus driver, where she touched the lives of countless students through her kindness and care.
Beatrice is survived by her sons, Timothy John “TJ” (Kaysea) Kirchner of Poplar Bluff and James Anthony Kirchner of Farmington; her daughter, Sarah Louise (Trevor) Kirchner of Tucson, Arizona; her brothers, Timothy (Linda) Kirchner and John (Karen) Kirchner; four grandchildren, Konner, Klay, Easton, and Kyle Denny; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Kirchner, and her brother Joseph “Joey” Kirchner. She leaves behind a wide circle of family and friends who will remember her warmth and steadfast spirit.
