Barry Craig Kirk
October 24, 1950— March 9, 2026
Elverson, PA
Barry Craig Kirk, age 75, of Elverson, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 9, 2026 at home. Born on October 24, 1950 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Robert and Missouri (Ramsey) Kirk.
A 1968 graduate of Spring-Ford High School, Barry served honorably in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. After basic training at Camp Lejeune, he was stationed in Da Nang as an aircraft and engine mechanic. He began his career at Jones Motor Company in Spring City, where he met his wife Robin. He later owned and operated Kirk Restorations in Phoenixville for many years, a furniture restoration business.
Barry had a deep love for old cars and enjoyed attending local car shows as well as reading his collection of automotive magazines. He was also a devoted reader of Architectural Digest, a talented artist who created drawings for his family, and a gentle lover of all animals. He found joy in music, old movies, and was remembered for his humor, charm, and outgoing personality. Above all, he cherished his role as a beloved grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Robin A. (Raquet) Kirk; three children, Brooke Lynch (Michael), Jessica Finan (Kevin), and Ian Kirk (Jessica); ten grandchildren, Jordyn, Kylie, Jessy, McKenna, Joey, Sage, Ewan, Levi, Cici, and Goldie; and two great-grandchildren, Luca and Hadley. He was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Breslin.
