Barbara Strock ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home & Crematory Inc on Mar. 10, 2026.Barbara "Karen" Strock, 80, of St. Thomas, PA passed away on March 10, 2026 at Mercy House in Chambersburg, PA ready to meet her Lord.Karen was born in Chambersburg, PA to Gladys Helman Reamer and Elmond Leroy "Roy" Reamer on January 28, 1946, sharing a birthday with her mother. She attended St. Thomas High School, graduating in 1963. Karen enjoyed attending all class reunions until recent years, when she was unable.Karen attended Barber School in Harrisburg and worked locally under Larry Young and Robert "Bob" Hooper. Karen enjoyed Bible reading, gardening, music, cooking, sewing and more recently, the Game Show Network and Gunsmoke.Karen was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Geyer and brothers, David, James and Dale.Daughters, Heather Black (Nathaniel) and Elizabeth Strock and sons, Charles Strock and Aaron Strock survive Karen. Additional survivors include a brother, Dennis Reamer (Judy) and sisters, Marianne Reamer (Bill Reinhold) and Melanie Bard (Dennis) and a sister-in-law, Saundra Reamer.The family requests the omission of flowers.
