Barbara Mae Cabanilla

Barbara Mae Cabanilla passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 10, 2026. Born on December 21, 1941, to Earl (Cecil) and Genevieve Campbell, she grew up with her three brothers, Pat (wife Judy), Doug (wife MaryAnne), and George. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers.

From an early age, Barbara was known for her fierce independence and sharp sense of humor, traits that defined her and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She built a long career as a registered nurse, bringing skill, warmth, and a straightforward approach to her work that earned the admiration of patients and colleagues alike.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charlie, and their four children, Kirk, Kris (wife Valerie), Jill (husband Jarrett), and Jena (husband Charlie). She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Logan, Mallory, Christian, Noah, Sierra, Mya, and Jackson. Her family will always remember her quick wit, candid opinions, and the way she could make people laugh.

Barbara lived a full life surrounded by loving family and many friends. Her kindness and spark will be deeply missed.
