Barbara L. Ketchum

Barbara L. Ketchum, 100, of Manlius, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026. She was born in Hornell, NY to the late Harold and Laura Letterman Lieb.Barbara graduated from Hornell High School and received an associate degree from Alfred University. Barbara worked as a lab technician for Dr. James Pullman in Hornell, NY.Barbara was a longtime member of the Manlius United Methodist Church and served on various committees. She hosted Bible Study in her home for 22 years. She was an avid SU Basketball fan.Barbara was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Willard H. Ketchum on October 4, 2016. She is survived by two daughters, Mary K. Harridge of Spring Hill, FL and Nancy K. Montague (William) of Lynn Haven, FL; special niece, Judith Withrow of Williamsburg, VA; a brother-in-law, Donald H. Ketchum (MaryJo) of Elma, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 21 at the Manlius United Methodist Church, 111 Wesley St., Manlius, NY.The family wishes to thank Syracuse Home and staff, Dr. Stringer and staff, and her numerous aides who cared for her at her home for their care and compassion.Contributions may be made to the Manlius United Methodist Church, P.O.
