Barbara L. Ciapponi

Barbara L. Ciapponi, age 79, of Sauk Village, passed away peacefully. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert Ciapponi.

Barbara was a devoted mother to Joseph (Mary “Kate”) Ciapponi, Michael Ciapponi, and Christine (Ryan) Perry. She was the proud grandmother of Megan, Kristina, Dominic, Marco, Alexa, and Austin. She was the cherished daughter of the late Gudrun and the late Victor Mickelson, and the dear sister of Robert “Bob” (Jeannie) Mickelson, Carol (Randy) Myatt, and the late Beverly (the late Gene) Fazio.

Her life was defined by the deep love she held for her family, and she will be remembered with great affection by all who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
