She was a garment factory employee.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents: Omer and Bessie Lee; husband: Joe Bilbrey; (4) brothers: Hue Lee, John Lee (Betty), Delmer Lee (Betty Lou), Jimmy Lee (Juanita); (1) sister: Wyncie Shelley; (2) sister: Faye Manis (Bob), Betty Mae Flowers (Roy); brother-in-law: Johnnie Bilbrey; future son-in-law: Daniel Richardson.Barbara was survived by (2) daughters: Amanda Hughes (Greg), Melissa Lee; (1) grandchild: Kaylee Hughes; (1) brother: Sam Lee (Peggy), sister-in-law: Judy Rector; brother-in-law: Donnie Shelley. Also survived by other family members and friends.Graveside services were held Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM from Chanute-Campbell Cemetery with Bro. Donnie Shelley officiating.
