She never met a stranger and was known for telling it like it was while still making everyone around her laugh. Tough, loving, and full of life, she carried herself with a strength and faith that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.She found joy in life's simple adventures and the moments spent with those she loved most. Whether it was packing up for a road trip to the mountains, heading to the beach, or spending the day stopping at yard sales and searching for hidden treasures at antique shops, she was always ready for the next view, the next laugh, and the next memory to be made.Music was always close to her heart, especially the classic country songs that often played in the background of her days. Above all, she treasured being "Nanny," a role she filled with fierce love, humor, and pride. Her strength, laughter, faith, and unforgettable spirit will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her. While her presence will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
