Barbara Hinds ObituaryPublished by Legacy on Mar. 10, 2026.Just before sunrise, March 6, 2026, Barbara slipped peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the Glenn A. Kister Hospice House. She born on January 19, 1950 to the late Bill and Frances McCombs Crossett of Salisbury.She married on March 15, 1975 to Mark Hinds and three years later began their family. After the birth of their son and later a daughter, she became a full time homemaker.Preceding her in death was a daughter, Kristen Hinds, and brothers, Garrett and Ron Crossett.Left to remember her loving spirit and kind heart is her family, her husband, Mark Hinds; son, Brandon; a granddaughter, Tiffany (Thomas) and their children, Ella and Madelyn; a brother, Richard; and sisters, Deanna and Jane.Barbara loved the Lord and all of God's Creation. She had an unbreakable faith.At Barbara's request, there will be a private service.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith (P.O.Box 308, Faith, NC 28041) in memory of their daughter, Kristen Hinds.Carolina Cremation is honored to serve the Hinds family.
