Barbara Gene Ball

Barbara Gene Ball was born on September 22, 1935, in Hartshorne, Oklahoma, and passed away on February 24, 2026, after a long battle with breast cancer. She remained brave, strong, and independent, keeping all her faculties until the very end.

Barbara found joy in reading, cooking, camping, and spending time with her family. Known for her crafty hands and the unmistakable sparkle in her eye when she smiled, laughed, or spoke with others, she brought warmth and light to those around her.

She was deeply grateful for the seven years she spent with her daughter after the passing of her beloved husband, Charles Ball, in 2019. Her family feels equally blessed to have cared for her and shared each day with her.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Susan Paddock, son-in-law Ken Paddock Sr., grandson Kenny Paddock Jr., granddaughter Katie Patrick, sister Betty Kimberling, and brother Tom Menasco.
