Barbara Dolenga

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Dolenga of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Stephen, Janette and Kathryn; her grandchildren, Michael, Madison (Drake) and Reilley; and her brother Clarence Wysocki (Cookie).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A rosary will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (44633 Utica Rd, Utica, MI 48317). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
