Barbara C. "Barb" Willis

Barbara C. Willis, 95, of Warren, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 6, 2026, at the Rouse Warren County Home after an extended illness.

Born on January 2, 1931, in Warren, she was the daughter of the late Clara Head. A graduate of Warren Area High School, Class of 1949, Barbara spent many years working at the New Process/Blair Company. She found quiet joy in knitting, sitting on the porch soaking up the sun, watching the Hallmark Channel, and cheering for her beloved Dallas Cowboys. She also cherished her time attending activities and trips with the Warren Senior Center.

A lifelong member of Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church, Barbara was deeply devoted to her faith community for 92 years, attending faithfully, volunteering, and becoming an integral part of the church family. On July 3, 1954, she married Richard S. Willis, and together they shared 56 loving years until his passing in 2010.

She is survived by her children, Becky Willis Campbell and husband Bruce of Sheffield, George Willis of Warren, and John Willis and wife Cindy of Warren; grandchildren Matthew Willis (Corey Gordon), Ryan Willis, and Ashley Willis-Bliss (Ryan); great-granddaughter Eve Bliss; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters Gwendolyn Maurer, Mildred Ristau, Margaret Skinner, and Cordelia Aplanat.
