Barbara Bailey Williams

Barbara Elaine Williams, 78, of Wellford, South Carolina, passed away on March 15, 2026. Born in Eau Claire, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Walter “Yank” and Margaret Elzona Lawter Bailey and the devoted wife of the late Rickey Lee Williams. Together with her husband, Barbara owned and operated Rick’s Stop-N-Shop, where her hard work and welcoming spirit touched many in the community.

She is survived by her three daughters, Sonya Garcia and her husband Demetrio, Holly Williams, and Stacey Glenn; her two sisters, Pat Darby and Connie Rodgers; and her two grandchildren, Thalia Williams and Naila Garcia-Williams.

A private graveside service will be held at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.
