Barbara Ann Dagendesh, age 73, of Coweta, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, March 11, 2026, at her home in Coweta.
Born on September 6, 1952, in Monrovia, California, to Wayne Don Coffer and Barbara June (Sweden) Coffer, Barbara was raised in California and graduated from high school there. She possessed a kind and caring spirit that defined her life. For many years she worked as an in-home caregiver, devoting herself to providing comfort, support, and assistance to those in need. Her compassionate nature and quiet pride in her work touched countless lives.
Barbara found joy in simple pleasures. She loved riding horses when she was able, traveling when opportunities arose, and above all, spending time with her family. Her grandchildren brought her immense happiness, and she cherished every moment shared with them. Those who knew her will remember her as a loving wife, devoted mother, and proud grandmother whose greatest happiness came from being surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Dagendesh of Coweta; her children, Mark Creekmore and Christopher Hall; and her beloved grandchildren, Nathan Karanja-Racine, Kyrsten Karanja-Racine, Skyler Karanja-Racine, and Zoey Creekmore. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Dan Dagendesh, sister-in-law Tammy Fellenz and husband Myron, sister-in-law Sandy Oleniacz, brother-in-law John Dagendesh and wife Angie, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne Don Coffer and Barbara June Coffer, and her siblings, Carol Fadden, Judy James, Donnie Coffer, and Cathy Coffer.
