He was born in Ebute Meta, Lagos but is originally from Abeokuta, Ogun State. He was raised in Iseyin by his late uncle Ijaola Korede.In 1985, Bukola married Babatunde Korede, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in love and faith. Together they built a beautiful family, welcoming five children and, in time, six cherished grandchildren with their legacy continuing to grow.He lived a life of purpose and service, embracing many callings along the way. From serving in the Army and flying as a pilot to building businesses, teaching, making music, and helping others as a realtor, he poured himself fully into all he did. Above all, he faithfully answered his greatest calling as a pastor, shepherding others with love and unwavering faith. He planted the Apostolic Church LANA in Atlanta, Georgia before he branched off and planted Glorious Tabernacle Assembly.He was a devoted husband, father and friend. Babatunde was known for his boundless love of people and his strong affinity for sharing God's word. He was beloved by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.Babatunde is survived by his loving wife Bukola Korede; his sons: Olaoluwa, Ayooluwa (Wife: Tobi), and his last son Oluwatobi; his daughters: Oluwatayo and Fiyinfoluwa; his grandchildren: Elijah Anjolaoluwa, DeAngelo Oluwadamilare, Fiyinfoluwa Esther, Fopefoluwa David, Gianella Ifeoluwa, Gabrielle Oluwaseyi and a host of others he loved as his own.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
