Audra Faun Madsen Oldroyd, age 100, of Richfield, Utah, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 11, 2026. Born in Aurora, Utah, on May 4, 1925, to George and Effie Mae Madsen, Audra was raised with her six siblings in central Utah. In her late teens she met the love of her life, William Harve Oldroyd. After marrying Harve, she became the devoted mother of two daughters, Shauna and Sherry.

A gifted homemaker, Audra cared deeply for everyone around her. She was known throughout her life for her remarkable skill with a needle, and her handmade crafts remain treasured by her family to this day. Known affectionately as Gigi, she was a loving and faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Audra is survived by her daughter Shauna (Richard A. Dastrup, deceased) and her grandchildren Rachelle (John) Ellis, Weston (Wendy) Dastrup, Trina (Jeff) Glines, and Natausha (Jeff) Baker, as well as the children of her late daughter Sherry Oldroyd: Jody (Fred) Starr, Amanda (Brad) Stewart (deceased), Sheila Jensen, and Katrina Jensen. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Harve in the Glenwood Cemetery, where they will remain together forever. Gigi will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
