Ray was born August 23, 1956 in Port Clinton, OH to Arthur Carl and Norma Jean (Britt) Price. Ray was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked at Chrysler and he was also a self employed carpenter. He was a member of the Port Clinton Veterans of Foreign Wars.Survivors include siblings: Sheila (James) Strack of Vermilion, OH, Oleta (Tom) Abel of Bradner, OH, Anthony (Jessica) Price of Greenville, NC, Bruce (Yvonne) Rutherford of Rocky Ridge, OH, Paul (Trish) Rutherford of Port Clinton, OH, Serena (Marc) Dupuis of Danielson, CT; companion: Patty Mitchell of Port Clinton, OH He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father: Norma & Hubert Rutherford; father: Arthur C. Price; brother: Shellton Price.A Graveside Service will take place Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery 1023 W. 3rd Street, Port Clinton, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 pm at the VFW 214 Madison St. Port Clinton, Ohio. Memorials may be made to your favorite veterans charity.
