Arthur Donnie Hendricks

Arthur Donnie Hendricks, a lifelong resident of McMinnville and native of Warren County, Tennessee, died on March 15, 2026 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville after an extended illness. He was 85 years old.

Born on March 24, 1940, Donnie was the son of the late James Arthur and Vera Marie Orrick Hendricks. He spent his working life as the owner of Windy Hill Nursery and served as shipping foreman at Oster for forty years. A longtime member of Unity Church of Christ, he served faithfully as an elder. He married Eva Carroll Hendricks on May 25, 1957; she preceded him in death.

He is survived by his children, Anthony (Janet) Hendricks and Pamela (Gary) Jones, both of McMinnville; grandchildren April (Tommy) Lawson, Caleb Hendricks, Alicia Hendricks, and Abigail Hodge, along with their mother Allison Hodge; great-grandchildren J. Drew Lawson and Bellamy Hendricks; sisters Hellen Tubb and Linda (Carl) McCormack, both of McMinnville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
