He was predeceased by: his wife Susie Marie Stephens. He is survived by: his son Donald Stephens; his grandchildren, Danny Ervin III, Matt McArtor, Seth Stephens, Damain Stephens, Christopher Stephens, Josh Stephens, Charles McArtor and Miracle Bell; and his close friend Steve (Leah James). He is also survived by two sisters, one brother, daughter.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cole Funeral Home (111 Wilbur D Mills Ave, Kensett, AR 72082). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
