He was predeceased by: his parents, Vara George Cheney and Afton Kendall; and his former wife Bonnie Gleed Cheney. He is survived by: his children, Clayton Cheney (Lorna), Joan Bradford (Mark), Milo Don Talon, Diane Sorenson (John), Thomas Cheney, John Cheney (Julie) and Carmen Cheney; and his wife Judy Somerville. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 20th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM.
