He was born to Florentino Flores and Yolanda Garcia in Rio Grande City, Texas, and lived a life devoted to faith, family, and hard work. Arnulfo was a proud La Joya Coyote alumni and was known by many for his strong work ethic and deep love for his family. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father, and man of faith who faithfully served his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Those who knew Arnulfo will always remember his big personality, contagious smile, and the way he could light up any room he walked into. He had a passion for woodworking and took pride in working with his hands. Arnulfo was admired by many and inspired those who looked up to him. To countless friends and loved ones, he was a source of encouragement and hope. Simply by being himself, he was a walking testimony to the acts and miracles of God. Arnulfo is survived by his beloved wife, Alma Farias Flores; his son, Arnulfo Flores Jr. (Belen); and his daughters, Ariana Marie Flores (Frank) and Andrea Lynne Flores, and his grandchildren, Nevaeh Flores, Arnulfo Adriel Flores, and Arcelia Camila Flores, as well as his siblings, Antonio Flores (Emma), Maribel Jimenez, Florentino Flores (Nelda), and Elizabeth Salinas (Alfredo) who will continue to honor his legacy of faith, strength, and love. A funeral service will be held on March 12, 2026, at Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas, followed by a burial at Lord and I Funeral Home in Sullivan City on March 13th, 2026 where family and friends will gather to celebrate and remember his life.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
