Arnold Prater

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimalee Prater and Estell Prater (Walker); and his brothers, Duegan Prater, Derril Prater and Merril Prater.

He is survived by: his wife LuAnna Prater; his siblings, Orvel Prater (Lynn), Chester Prater (Esther), Lou Halkum (Barry) and Genell Pierce (Donny); his stepchildren, Dan Frey and Beth Thompson; and his grandchildren, Brittany Bailey (Dustin), Miranda Gray (Josh), Chase Frey, Celeste Frey of Ian Frey, C. J, Levi Bailey and Liam Bailey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home (216 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Soper Cemetery.
