For 37 years, they proudly owned and operated Taqueria Yvette, a cherished local establishment known not only for its cuisine but for the warmth and hospitality that defined it. Aracelie oversaw front-of-house operations and daily management, while Rudy led the kitchen. Together, they created a welcoming gathering place for the community and built a legacy through recipes and traditions that will endure.Aracelie will be remembered as a woman of grace, kindness, and quiet strength. She found joy in her home, enjoyed watching telenovelas, and was an avid reader. She had a deep appreciation for makeup, fashion, and cooking, and she carried herself with dignity and elegance.
