Her bubbly personality and natural grace made everyone around her feel welcomed and valued. She had a genuine heart that was always attuned to the needs of others, often setting aside her own challenges to offer support and solace to those who needed it.
April cherished her family deeply and found her greatest joy in the moments spent with them. She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Jah’la Khattab-Lopergolo, who will carry forward her mother’s vibrant spirit. Her devoted parents, Charo Lopergolo and Kevin (Karen) Batsford, her two beloved sisters, Brittany and Brooke Lopergolo, her significant other, Motasem Khattab, and her cherished grandmother, Denella Kuss, will forever hold her memory close, as will many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Damian Lopergolo and Louis Hart.
Beyond her family, April found happiness in music, especially the upbeat sounds of her favorite artist, Nicki Minaj. She also loved the gentle waves of the beach and the peaceful feeling of being on the water. Her creativity shone through in her baking and in the many DIY projects she enjoyed.
April will be remembered for her patience, her grace, and her unwavering support for those around her. Her proudest accomplishment was always being there to uplift others during their struggles, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and a treasure trove of cherished memories.
