Anthony Dyjach ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by All County Funeral Home-Del Lago Chapel - Lake Worth on Mar. 17, 2026.Anthony Michael Dyjach, aged 55, of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 8, 2026.Born August 29, 1970 in Holyoke, MA, he was the son of the late Marian and Irene (Domaszewicz) Dyjach. Anthony was also preceded in death by his sister, Ann.Anthony is survived by his sister, Theresa, brother, John and good friends, traveling companions, and business associates of thirty years, Porter Smythe and Martha Koro. He was also survived by a greater extended family in Massachusetts, Michigan, Florida, and Poland.Anthony completed his education at Mater Dolorosa School, Holyoke Catholic High School, and Syracuse University. He had a genius for the culinary arts. His career spanned several award winning establishments in San Francisco, South Florida, and for nearly twenty years at Afterloon Delights his own award winning destination restaurant in Northern Michigan.Anthony's interest included horticulture. He was a master gardener. He was notable for his cultivation of fresh herbs, much of which he used in his excellent food preparation. Anthony was lauded for his wildflower installations that attracted as many shutter flys as the intended butterflies. Anthony was an enthusiastic freshwater angler and was an avid cyclist. He also enjoyed travel in both the United States, and throughout Europe. Anthony's greatest love was for his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Dash, who was his dearest companion.A Celebration of Anthony's Life will be held this summer at a Graveside Ceremony in Alden, Michigan followed by a private remittance to follow.
