Anthony Compagnone

Mr. Anthony "Buff" Compagnone, passed peacefully on March 13, 2026 at Vitas/Hospice in Delray Beach, Florida. He was surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 95. He was born February 25, 1931 in Johnston, Rhode Island.He was the Husband of the Late Dorothy (Zanni) Compagnone. The son of the late Michael and Lydia (DiMeo) Compagnone.Anthony is survived by his sons, Michael P. Compagnone (Kathleen), Anthony J. Compagnone (Mary); granddaughters, Michelle Korte (Brian), Nicole Ratcliff (Don), Danielle Compagnone; Great Grandchildren, Dylan Korte, Taylor Malmin (Hunter), AJ Ratcliff, and Delanie Ratcliff.Anthony was a successful businessman, Co-owner of Roma, a Commercial Construction Company in Hollywood, Florida, Member of the Knights of Columbus, and an Avid Fan of the Boston Red SoxServices for Anthony will be held at a later date.Donations can be made in Anthony's name to nadene.brooks@vitas.com to Vitas/Hospice (5912 West Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, Florida 33464) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
