Annette R. Levesque1937 - 2026East LongmeadowAnnette Rita Levesque 88, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on March 5th, 2026. She was the devoted wife of 67 years to Norman Levesque. Born in Springfield, she was the daughter of the late William "Welly" and Emma Roy.In addition to her parents, Annette was predeceased by sister Lillian Gendron, brothers Leopold, Leonard and Armand Roy. Besides her husband Norman, Annette is survived by sister Irene Levesque, Annette's loving children and their families, Brian and Cindy, Bruce, Mark and Dana, Carl and Michelle Levesque, Lori and Adam Chamberlain, 8 adoring grandchildren, Anthony, Jenelle, Vincent, Andre, Alec, Hanna, Luke and Austin, 4 great grandchildren and one on the way.Annette was a devoted parishioner to both St. Mary's Church in Longmeadow and later to St. Michael's Church in East Longmeadow. She had an angel's voice as a committed choir singer to the Cindy Singers for St. Mary's, as well as a member of the Dan Kane Singers in Greater Springfield. Annette achieved her Real Estate license along with Norm, and created Norann Properties in the Springfield area. She was recognized with awards for her exquisite penmanship, and typing skills, and later attended Bay Bath College.Annette and Norman enjoyed trips and travels throughout Europe and spent decades of winters in the Bonita Springs/Naples Florida area, where her green thumb produced beautiful orchids. Annette was known for her unwavering kindness. She will be fondly remembered for her love of cooking, her French recipes will always be a legacy, and her grandchildren will treasure how their Memere always had homemade soup on the stove.
