Anne Marie Zanfagna

Anne Marie Zanfagna

May 20, 1955 March 15, 2026

Plaistow, NH

Anne Marie (Farley) Zanfagna, 70, of Plaistow, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at her home. She was the devoted wife of James Zanfagna, with whom she shared forty four years of marriage.

Born in Haverhill, MA on May 20, 1955, Anne was the daughter of the late James E. and Patricia (Sullivan) Farley. She was raised in Newburyport, MA and graduated from Newburyport High School with the Class of 1974. Anne built a long and successful career in the jewelry industry as a certified diamontologist and store manager at Zales in the Fox Run Mall in Newington, NH, retiring in 2014.

Following the heartbreaking loss of her daughter Jacqueline in 2014, Anne and her husband James founded Angels of Addictions, a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2016 to raise awareness and support addiction related causes throughout New Hampshire. Today it is also a charitable trust continuing to promote awareness and provide support to other addiction related organizations in the state of NH. In 2018, one of the organization’s proudest moments came when Senator Jeanne Shaheen invited Anne to the Senate Russell Building Rotunda in Washington, D.C., where she displayed more than 100 of her portraits to help promote awareness. To date Anne Marie has painted close to 400 portraits of opioid related deaths nation wide.

Anne had a deep appreciation for art, fashion, jewelry, and precious stones. She loved shopping, bird watching, and sharing her creativity with others. Anne and her husband James also shared a passion for travel, exploring many of the beautiful destinations throughout the Caribbean, the United States, and Europe together. These adventures became some of their most cherished memories. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband, Anne is survived by her daughter Sarah Addorisio and her husband Michael of Fremont, NH, her grandchildren Christopher J. Addorisio and his wife Gaybriel of Exeter, NH, Jessica Addorisio of Fremont, NH, and Sydney Ashley and her husband Logan of Derry, NH, and her beloved great grandchildren Charlotte Layne Addorisio and Piper James Addorisio of Exeter, NH. She is also survived by her siblings Katherine Farley of Plaistow, NH, James Farley Jr. of Amesbury, MA, and Thomas Farley and his wife Courtney of Barnstead, NH, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her daughter Jacqueline Zanfagna and by her mother and father-in law, Dr. Philip E. and Edna E. Zanfagna.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 4–7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place privately.
