Spring Lake, MI
Anne Hebert, age 87, of Spring Lake, passed away on March 13, 2026. Born on November 11, 1938, in Detroit, she entered the world at Providence Hospital and was adopted from the Catholic Children’s Charity Orphanage by William and Helen (Cadarette) Guerin. She attended elementary school at Our Lady of Lourdes in River Rouge and St. Alfred’s in Taylor, and graduated from St. Anne’s High School in Detroit.
On September 26, 1959, Anne married the love of her life, Larry Hebert. A lifelong devout Catholic and longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, she found deep joy in her faith, her family, and simple pleasures. She loved traveling, taking cruises, spending time in Florida, and going out to dinner. Above all, she cherished her family, especially the babies among them, and her warm, loving presence touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Anne is survived by her husband of 66 years, Larry; their six children, Tom (Renee) Hebert, Kathy (John) Kieffer, Cindy (Roger) Wyatt, Christine Murphy, Jacqueline (Kirk) Hudson, and Laura (Kevin) Fletcher; thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and her sister, Virginia Fuller. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Meghan Murphy, on April 4, 2020.
