Anna's openness, strength, passion for life, and kind nature made her beloved by all who knew her. Anna immigrated to the United States in 1998 from Rzeszow, Poland, where she was a dedicated athlete and teacher. Here, she settled in the Chicagoland area and created a life filled with family, many friends, travels, passion for skiing, biking and camping. She loved animals, particularly cats, whom she adopted a few and cherished dearly.She is survived by her husband, Czeslaw Piotrowski; parents Krystyna and Edward Listkiewicz; sister Agata (Robert) Klus; niece and nephew Agnieszka Klus, Marcin (April) Klus; fond aunt of Julian and Sebastian.Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home 8025 W. Golf Rd., Niles. A prayer service will occur during the visitation. Cremation will be private.
