Ann Marie 'Sissy' Lally

Ann Marie 'Sissy' Lally, 88, a lifelong resident of Lost Creek, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 15th, 2026.Ann Marie was born in Lost Creek on January 6th, 1939, a daughter of the late Matthew and Kathryn Chuplis. She was a life long homemaker and member of the former St. Mary Magdalene Church of Lost Creek, now the Divine Mercy Parish of Shenandoah.A woman who loved talking on the phone with her friends, she also enjoyed the company of her family along with watching game shows and doing word searches. Sissy was very proud of the fact that she had a doctor in her family, her great grandson, Dr. Niocholas Gurski.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, James Jr., and Dennis; a son in law, Raymond Miller, Sr., and a brother Matthew.Ann Marie is survived by her two daughters, Rosaire Miller and Kathryn Lally, both of Lost Creek, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and by her close friend and niece, Donna Lally.Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 23rd, at 10 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish, 232 West Cherry Street, Shenandoah, with Msgr. Ronald Bocian officiating. Visitation with Sissy's family will be from 9-10 AM at the church prior to mass. She will be laid to rest at the Annunciation BVM Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights during private services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Walukiewicz Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, Shenandoah.
