February 1, 1976— March 8, 2026
Ogden, UT
Angela Ruby Johnson, lovingly known as Angie, passed away on March 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on February 1, 1976, in Ogden, Utah, to Craig Lusk and Kathrin Neumeyer, Angie brought a remarkable blend of intelligence, creativity, and warmth to everyone she knew.
She began her career in the IT field, where her sharp mind and natural problem-solving abilities shone. Beyond work, Angie found deep joy in the simple and meaningful things in life. She cherished animals and children, poured her heart into crafting and music, and was known for her quick wit and infectious laugh that could light up any room. Though she faced significant struggles, including a battle with addiction, Angie met life with resilience and continued to care deeply for others. Those closest to her saw beyond the challenges to the thoughtful, creative, and genuinely loving person she was.
Angie was the devoted mother of four children: Parker Lusk, Dylan Lusk, Tess Lusk, and Bella Lusk. She was previously married to James Pisel and later married Daniel Johnson. Although their marriage ended, they remained the closest of friends and continued to care for one another throughout the years.
She is survived by her children, Parker, Dylan, Tess, and Bella; her father, Craig Lusk; her sisters, Heather (Raymond) Burton, Emily (Mike) Lusk, Anne (Chad) Jensen, and Sarah (Dave) Knight; and her brothers, Tom (Joy) Hughes and Don Hughes. Angie was preceded in death by her mother, Kathrin Neumeyer; her stepmother, Patricia Lusk; her grandparents, Willis and Elizabeth Neumeyer and Glen and Ruby Lusk; and her aunt, Cindy Neumeyer. She will be remembered for her bright mind, creative spirit, humor, and the love she held for her family.
