She is survived by: her mother Mary Lou O'Neal (Merrill) of Muskogee; her husband Brian Wilbourn of Muskogee; her children, Justin O'Neal (Caitlinn) of Muskogee, Levi Patterson (Caitlynn) of Muskogee and Bridget Alverson (Cody) of Muskogee; her brother Travis O'Neal (Alesa) of Muskogee; her nephews, Ty O'Neal and Wyatt O'Neal (Jade) of Muskogee; and her grandchildren, Titan Mayfield of Muskogee, Carson Alverson of Muskogee, Sophia Patterson of Muskogee, Emma Alverson of Muskogee, Charlie Alverson of Muskogee, Aurora Alverson of Muskogee, Everlea Patterson of Muskogee, Evie Patterson of Muskogee and Bella O'Neal of Muskogee. She is also survived by extended family, and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Community Gospel Center (1686 Highway 62 East, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
