He is survived by: his son Andrew J. Marx, Jr.; his siblings, Charles Marx, Michael Marx (Debbi), Richard Marx (Sherri), Donna McGrath and Rose Adams (Donald); his grandchildren, Emily A. J. Dasch, Robert H. Smith, Laura C. Smith, Courtney DeAngelo, Michael Ellington, Joshua Ney, Howard Beury (Cassidy), Nathaniel Dasch, Liam Dasch, Meagan Dasch and Yost (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Makenna, Jacob, Colton, Brynlee, Harper, Eliza and Nathan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (655 E Broad St, Tamaqua, PA 18252). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
