He was predeceased by: his father Anastacio Martinez Calderon; his brother Jose Manuel; and his close friend Jeremy Daniel. He is survived by: his mother Morelia Angela Moreno Gomez; his wife Kathy; his children, Michael and Raegan; his siblings, Salvador (Elizabeth), Maria Isabelle (Alejandro), Maria Rosario (Francisco), Victor Angel (Lucia), Jose Raul (Maria), Juan Carlos (Olivia) and Diana Amelia (Eusebio); his sister-in-law Maritza; his parents-in-law, Ron and Shirley Richie; his close friend Chuck Daniel; his friend Luis Alvarez; his pets, Penelope and Jasper; and his close friend Buddy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and siblings-in-law.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Service (602 Maple Ave, La Porte, IN 46350). A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
