Amy Lynn Briles

Amy Lynn Briles, 69, of Asheboro, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

Born on January 2, 1957, in Randolph County, Amy was the daughter of the late Wayne Briles and Hilda Hill Briles. She graduated from Asheboro High School with the class of 1975 and later retired from Technimark’s corporate office. Amy possessed a natural eye for style and approached every occasion as an opportunity to dress beautifully. Above all, she was a devoted friend to everyone she knew, remembered for her laughter, unwavering loyalty, and a social calendar that was always full. One of her greatest gifts was her ability to turn friends into family, creating a wide circle of chosen kin who, along with her relatives, formed the true heartbeat of her life.

In addition to her parents, Amy was preceded in death by many aunts and uncles, including Joyce “Flossie” Hill McGee and her husband James, with whom she shared a particularly close bond.

She is survived by several cousins and a loving community of friends who were deeply cherished.
