Amanda Nicole Fuson, 41, of Temple, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on March 10, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.

Born on January 15, 1985, in Temple, Texas, to Doyle Fuson Jr. and Doreen Bower, Amanda earned her Master’s degree in Social Work. She devoted more than twenty years to her career in management, where her strong leadership, compassion, and genuine commitment to helping others left a lasting impression on those around her.

Above all, Amanda cherished her family. Her children were the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with them and those she loved. Her passion for fitness and health reflected the same vitality and discipline she brought to every part of life. She will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion.

Amanda is survived by her children, Preston Thomas and Harper Fuson; her father, Doyle Fuson Jr.; her grandfather, Doyle Fuson; and her siblings: Jessica Fuson and her children Xavier, Elijah, and Madeleine; Doyle Fuson III and his wife, Jessica Fuson, and their children Joseph, Brayden, Mason, Cameron, and Wyatt; Levi Fuson and his wife, Sarah, and their children Layla and Olivia; and Joshua Fuson and his children Noah, Nathan, and Nyelli. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doreen Bower; her grandmothers, Charlotte Fuson and Donna Bower; and her grandfather, Donald Bower.
