Amalie was preceded in death by her husband Mike J. Jaramillo and her son Henry J. Jaramillo. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Claudia Jaramillo, grandchildren Kevin ( Connie) Jaramillo, Cheryl (Jeff) Novak-DeBauche, Holly Jaramillo (Josh Bowen), great grandchildren Ben Jaramillo, Sarah Jaramillo, Melanie Jaramillo, Jeffery DeBauche Jr., Catelyn Novak, Alexia DeBauche, Cassandra Bowen, Christopher Novak Jr., Matthew DeBauche an Joshua Bowen and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is Monday, March 16, 2026 from 4 PM to 8 PM at Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th street just west Harlem).Visitation on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9 AM until time of Celebration of Life Service at 10 AM. We will go in procession from the funeral home to Resurrection Cemetery where Amalie will be buried with her beloved husband Mike. Amalie was born in Czecholslovia. In 1957 she and her husband and young son, Henry came from Germany to the United States. Amalie worked for many years as a furniture seamstress. Her husband died in 2004 and then her son Henry passed away. Amalie faced every challenge in her life with love, courage, dignity and pride. Her family will miss her enduring love, but take comfort in knowing she lived a long and blessed life, and will be welcomed into the arms of Mike and Henry and they will all be together at the side of the Lord.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
