He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Davis Bissett Cobb; his parents, Benjamin Forrest Cobb and Ella Mae Britt Cobb; his son Barry D. Cobb; and his grandson Blaine A. Williams.

He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Cobb Eure (Bubba); his grandchildren, Jennifer Martin (Dillon) and Justin Cobb (Emily); his great grandchild Emery A. Williams; and his brother James R. Cobb (Betty).

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parr Funeral Home & Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434).
