Allison Matthew Green Jr.

Allison Matthew Green, Jr., 64, of Church Point, Louisiana, passed away on March 12, 2026. Born on February 10, 1962, in Crowley, Louisiana, he was the son of Allison M. Green Sr. and Eva Labbe Green. Allison was baptized at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley and educated in the Acadia Parish School System before enlisting in the United States Army. For the past eight years, he was employed by the Town of Church Point.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allison Matthew Green Sr. and Eva Labbe Green; his sister, Thelma Morrison; his paternal grandfather, Cedar Green; and his maternal grandparents, George and Amanda Benjamin.

Allison is survived by his children, Nathaniel Bates, Franciska Bates, and Cissley Bates Eaglin; his siblings, Calvin Labbe Sr. and wife Della, and Emma Fletcher; his grandchildren, Star’Nae Bates, Lyric Bates, Kylan Moore, Payton Bates, Crystal Bates, Anastasia Byers, Chandlor Byers, Jasmine Byers, and Jaden Bates; and his great-grandchild, Carter Henry.
