With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allene Francis West (Steubenville, Ohio), who passed away on March 4, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Sr. Mitchell and Vida Lee Mitchell (Irby); her daughter Nicole Jeffries; and her brother Randy Mitchell Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence J. Mitchell Sr., Lorraine Mitchell and Ernest Mitchell Jr.; her grandsons, Drake and Mason Jeffries; and her siblings, Angela Kirtdoll Bates and Francis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.

A reception will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gregory-Martin Funeral Chapel (255 S 7th St, Steubenville, OH 43952).
