Ramer, TN

Alisha Ann Willis entered this world on February 1, 1969, in Memphis, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of Jimmy Willis and the late Pamela Kaye Clark. From the very beginning, Alisha possessed a spirit that was impossible to ignore—vibrant, spirited, and wonderfully one of a kind.

Alisha lived life with a colorful heart and an honest tongue. She never hesitated to tell you exactly how she felt, and those who knew her best loved her for it. She could be fiery when the moment called for it, but that same fire was matched with a sense of humor that kept everyone around her laughing. Her personality filled a room long before she ever spoke a word.

She had a special love for the simple joys in life. Alisha adored her dogs and had a fondness for animals that stretched from turtles to cows. She found happiness in creativity, often spending time drawing and coloring, letting her imagination bring color and life to the page. When she wasn’t creating, you could often find her relaxing with her favorite shows like Bob’s Burgers or Big Brother, or listening to the music she loved—especially the songs of Kenny Chesney, which seemed to fit her free-spirited nature perfectly.

Family was always at the center of Alisha’s world. She loved deeply, laughed loudly, and lived in a way that left lasting memories for those fortunate enough to know her.

Alisha departed this life on March 6, 2026, in Ramer, Tennessee, at the age of 57 years, 1 month, and 5 days.

She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory: fiance, Jay Richard; two sons, Thomas Elam and wife Audrie of Austin, Texas, and Bradley Elam and wife Brandi of Selmer, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Aurora Elam, Vera Elam, Iyla Elam, Harmon Elam, Bradley Elam II, and Coltley Elam; her father, Jimmy Willis; a sister, Sunny Hudson and husband Claude of Ramer, Tennessee, along with their children, Kayela Hudson and Marcus Hudson; and two stepbrothers, Jason Willis and Jeff Willis.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a precious grandchild, Karsyn Elam, and her stepfather, Lowell Clark.

Alisha will be remembered for her laughter, her bold spirit, her creativity, and the love she carried for her family and the little things that made her happy. The world feels a little quieter without her, but the memories she leaves behind will continue to bring smiles, laughter, and warmth to all who knew her.
