Spezzi Funeral Home on Mar. 6, 2026.Alina Roszkowski, age 77, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026, with her loving family by her side. Born in Poland to the late Franciszek and Stanislawa Choinski, Alina later immigrated to the United States in 1979. She owned two delis in NJ & NY and ended her career as a dedicated home health aide for 12 years before retiring in 2020, a role that reflected her lifelong commitment to caring for others.Alina was a devoted wife, mother, and sister whose greatest joy in life was her family. She especially adored her daughters, and one of the ways she showed her love most deeply was by caring for them in the everyday moments. Cooking for them and taking care of their homes was truly her love language, a quiet but powerful expression of how much she cherished them.Alina was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Stanislaw Choinski; and her sister, Halina Choinski.She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Miroslaw Roszkowski; her beloved daughters, Martha Roszkowski and Annette Roszkowski; her brother, Wieslaw Choinski; and her sister, Maria Perkowska, and her husband, Zenon; along with many loving extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.Her kindness, devotion to family, and gentle way of caring for those she loved will always be remembered.Calling hours at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin NJ 08859, will be on Monday from 4pm until 8pm.Funeral services will be on Tuesday, with prayers beginning at 9:30am. A 10am Mass will be held at Sacred Heart R.C. Church in South Amboy.
