Alice Zimmerman

Alice Zimmerman, age 92, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Alice Zimmerman.

She is survived by her nephew Terry (Linda) Zimmerman and her nieces Karen (Tom) Shultz and Lori Williams, as well as three great-nephews, one great-niece, four great-great-nephews, and one great-great-niece. She was preceded in death by her brother Wayne Zimmerman (Mary Ann) and her nephew Gary Zimmerman.

Alice was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church on Duke and Walnut Street in Lancaster. She worked in the bakery department at Weis Market and remained an active participant at the Lancaster Recreation Center. She found joy in playing bingo, walking, exercising, and playing cards. She especially loved listening to Tom Jones and going on bus trips.
